Members will first need to download the Stamp Me App which is available for free on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

There are no in-app charges for members.
Once they have created an account on the App by registering a few basic personal details, there are five simple ways that a member can join a Stamp Card:
Searching via the in-app search
Scanning or entering a provided Join Code
When collecting a stamp for the first time (by scanning a Stamp Code or scanning/entering a OneStamp)
By being invited through the 'Invite Members' feature
Here’s how each method works:
1. Joining via Search
Members can discover and join programs near to them using our handy search function.
The search list will show businesses within a 100km/mile radius of their current location, using their device GPS/location services.
Members can search by business name using the search bar at the top or scroll through the list.
This join solution is ideal for brick-and-mortar businesses where the customer visits in person.
How to join via search:

2. Joining via Scanning a Join Code
Every card has a unique Join Code which will add your Stamp Card to the member's App when scanned. You can access this from the 3 dots to the right of an active Stamp Card on your Merchant Console.
Join Codes can be displayed anywhere such as on a join cards, packaging, flyers, printed receipts or digitally via websites, social media, emails and more.
This solution is ideal for brick-and-mortar businesses or online/e-commerce stores with no face-to-face transactions with the end consumer.
How to join with a Join Code:
home screen > ‘scan or enter code’ > ‘enter code’ > type provided code > success!
OR
home screen > ‘scan or enter code’ > scan QR code via camera pop-up > success!
3. Added via the Merchant Console
Members can be added to a Stamp Card when they are created as a member through the Merchant Console.
You will need to fill in some basic personal details on behalf of the customer, including their phone number, in order to create their member profile. As long as the information matches, they’ll be able to download the Stamp Me App and log in to their new account seamlessly.
If they already have a Stamp Me account, they will simply see the Stamp Card in their App the next time they log in.

4. Joining Whilst Collecting a Stamp
When a member collects a stamp in the Stamp Me App for the first time, they will also be joined to your program, meaning the Stamp Card will appear in their App for future use.
OneStamps and Stamp Codes give one stamp and join members to your stamp card at the same time.
This method is suitable for both brick-and-mortar businesses and e-commerce/online/delivery businesses.

5. Joining via the 'Invite Members' Feature
In the 'Members' area of your Merchant Console, you can send an email invite to either a single customer or multiple customers by manually entering their details, copying and pasting them, or uploading a CSV file.
Here’s how it works:
Add emails and first names (or upload a list)
Personalise your invite email
Review & send! (deep join links are auto-included)
Track invite status in your members tab (new members are included under joined members)
Members can join via desktop (by scanning the QR code using their mobile device) or mobile (by clicking the button in the email). In both cases, they will be directed to their respective app stores and after registering within the app, they will be automatically directed to your Stamp Card.
