Reach your loyalty members directly with Stamp Me's SMS text messaging feature, designed for personal and immediate communication.
The SMS feature on Stamp Me can be activated on request (Pro/Elite plans only). Small message fees apply. There are activation and content limitations with sending SMS.
How They Work:
Text messages can be sent to all or select loyalty members from the Communications area of your Merchant Console (activation required).
Texts originate from a generic phone number, with your company name included automatically as a prefix in the message.
A limit of 130 characters apply per message.
Emojis and URL links are supported; images are not.
An automatic "Reply STOP to opt out" message is appended to each text.
Members who opt out will no longer receive SMS messages from you.
Use Cases:
Send urgent announcements or time-sensitive offers.
Deliver appointment reminders or order updates.
Share exclusive promotions or discounts.
Inform members of upcoming events or changes in service.
