The SMS feature on Stamp Me is available to be activated on request (Pro/Elite plans only). Small message fees apply.

You must comply with local consumer laws for your region, including spam and marketing regulations. You can only send SMS to Stamp Me loyalty program members.

There are some business types and industries that the SMS feature is not available for. These include but are not limited to:

  • High-risk financial services: e.g. loans of any type (including student and payday loads, cryptocurrency and stocks/investing platforms

  • Third-party lead generation services and marketing: e.g. affiliate marketing, lending or Companies, NGOs or political campaigns that buy, sell, or share consumer information.

  • Debt collection or forgiveness

  • Illegal substances or drugs: e.g. prescription or illegal drugs, cannabis, CBD, kratom, paraphernalia products, vape/E-cigs, fireworks

  • “Get rich quick” schemes: e.g. deceptive work-from-home programs, risk investment opportunities, pyramid schemes, mystery shopping, multi level marketing (MLM)

  • Gambling: casinos, online gambling, sweepstakes, 50/50 Raffles, contests, betting/sports picks

  • S.H.A.F.T related: e.g. sex, hate, alcohol, firearms, tobacco

SMS cannot be activated on Stamp Me if your business related to any of these products or services. If you have any questions, please contact us.
