SMS text messages can be sent to Stamp Me program members if you have their permission, via the Merchant Console. Additional charges apply (which can be found here).

The text will come from a generic phone number and will have your business name automatically attached as the prefix to the message.

Emojis and URL links are supported. Images or image attachments are not supported.

At the end of the text, an opt-out message will be automatically attached. It will read “Reply STOP to opt out”.

If members opt-out to SMS communications, this will prevent them from receiving text messages from you again in the future. It will not remove their phone number from their Stamp Me account.
