Stamp Me offers flexible reward solutions for both in-store and online transactions.
In-Store Redemption
By default, the Stamp Me app issues in-app reward vouchers that are typically redeemed face-to-face with staff. Once a member has achieved their reward voucher, here’s how they can claim it in person:
The member selects the relevant reward voucher in their Stamp Me rewards list (gift icon).
2. The member confirms they are ready to claim by pressing ‘redeem’ on the pop-up.
3. They present the animated time-and-date-stamped voucher on their phone screen to staff at checkout. An optional security lock where the member must validate against your stamp method is available.
4. The Merchant gives the member their reward in exchange.
5. The reward voucher times out after 3 minutes or disappears after pressing ‘complete’.
The redemption is recorded in the Merchant Console.
Online Redemption
Rewards for online stores are typically handled in one of two ways:
Option 1: Discount Code Redemption (Automated Email)
If you are using discount codes as a reward, simply provide Stamp Me with a list of unique discount codes from your POS/E-commerce platform. We will turn off the default in-app voucher. Here’s how it works in the app:
When the reward is achieved, a customizable pop-up alert appears in their Stamp Me app instead of a voucher.
Example message: "Congratulations on achieving your reward! Your discount code has been emailed to you. Please check your spam/junk inbox."
2. A unique discount code gets sent to the member via email.

3. The member enters the discount code at checkout when making their next purchase.
We provide you with reporting, so please advise your customers to contact you if they have not received the email.
Option 2: Manual Reward Fulfilment:
If you don’t use coupon codes, you may contact your customers directly to arrange their reward, or get them to contact you.
Upon earning a reward, a customizable pop-up alert will appear in the customer’s Stamp Me app (instead of the voucher) with redemption information.
Example message: “Congratulations on achieving your reward! We will be in touch in 1-3 business days by email/phone to arrange your reward with you.”

2. You will receive a redemption report containing the customer’s contact details and will reach out to them to coordinate the reward delivery.
Note: the report can be an instant email or a summary sent periodically, for example, every 3 days.
