By default, the Stamp Me app issues in-app reward vouchers that are typically redeemed face-to-face with staff. For online/e-commerce stores or for prize draws rewards, another process is available on request.
Typically rewards for online stores are coupon codes that are emailed to the member which give a discount off future purchases.
Alternatively, we can simply set up a notification that a reward has been achieved and reward fulfilment can be arranged directly with the member.
Below are both processes explained.
1. How to issue coupon code rewards via Stamp Me:
Discount codes provided to Stamp Me from your system can be issued via email to the member.
Once the member collects enough stamps to achieve the reward, a pop-up alert in the app can appear (there will be no in-app reward voucher). This message is customisable and determined by you.
Typically this would say something like:
“Congratulations for achieving your reward! Your discount code will be emailed to you in the next few minutes. Please check your spam/junk inbox”.
An email would be automatically triggered containing one of the unique discount codes you have provided.

2. How to do manual reward fulfilment via Stamp Me:
If you do not have discount codes you can instead receive a redemption report with the member’s contact details to arrange the reward manually.
Like above, once the member collects enough stamps to achieve the reward, a pop-up alert in the app can appear (there will be no in-app reward voucher). This message is customisable and determined by you. It could say something like:
“Congratulations for achieving your reward! We will be in touch in 1-3 business days by email/phone to arrange your reward with you.”
The report can be an instant email to the reward coordinator, or a summary sent periodically for example, every 3 days.
