How to Change 'More Details' on the Back of a Stamp Card

Here's how to update the terms & conditions that show on the back of a Stamp Card via your Merchant Console.

The ‘More Details’ area on the back of the Stamp Card is a custom area where you should clearly outline your program terms and conditions for members.

It is important to include what qualifies for a stamp, what members will get as rewards and any special reward or stamping rules you have set up such as a time delay between stamping or reward voucher expiry dates.

You can add this information from the Merchant Console or by contacting us.

Instructions to edit or add more details:

Legacy Consoles

(Subscription before 28th March 2023)

Login to your Merchant Console

  1. Select Stamp Cards from the red left hand menu

  2. Select the stamp card you wish to edit, by clicking the relevant tab under the page heading. If you only have one stamp card, you do not need to do this.

  3. Select Edit details from the top left area

  4. Enter the required text in the More details field

  5. Press Save & exit to save changes

Changes are applied immediately to the Stamp Me App, but you may need to exit and reopen it to refresh the screen.


Beta V3 Consoles

(Subscription after 28th March 2023)

Login to your Merchant Console

  1. Select Stamp Cards from the red left hand menu

  2. Select the stamp card you wish to edit, by clicking on the card itself or clicking on the three dots at the top right of the card and select Edit Details

  3. In the Back card design section on the right hand side, enter the required text in the Offer details field

  4. Press Save & Exit to save changes

  5. You will see a green notification on top of your screen informing that the changes have been saved successfully like below

Changes are applied immediately to the Stamp Me App, but you may need to exit and reopen it to refresh the screen.
