A Stamp Me Loyalty Program is an ideal solution for multi-location businesses or franchises.

Each location can either be set up with their own unique Stamp Card which operates independent from one another, or a shared (‘linked’) Stamp Card across every location.

In the instance of a shared card, members can collect stamps and redeem rewards at any location on the same Stamp Card.

Customers can only collect stamps and redeem rewards at the same location.

Scenario 1:

Joe goes into store 1 and with his purchase, earns a stamp on Stamp Card 1 – a free coffee on his 5th purchase.

The next day, he goes to the same franchise in another town, store 2. He cannot collect a stamp on Stamp Card 1 for his free coffee as store 2 has a different, individual Stamp Card set up – Stamp Card 2.

To collect stamps in store 2, he would have to join Stamp Card 2, which is a free cake on his 5th purchase, and start collecting stamps on that card instead.

Joe has had to join two Stamp Cards in two locations and it will typically take him longer to earn a reward than his friend Josephine below (shared offer).

Customers can collect stamps and redeem rewards at any participating location on one Stamp Card.

Scenario 2:

Josephine goes into store 1 and with her purchase, earns a stamp on Stamp Card 1 – a free coffee on her 5th purchase.

The next day, she goes to the same franchise in another town, store 2. She can collect a stamp on Stamp Card 1, even though she is at another location.

Josephine has only had to join one offer for two locations and can earn rewards quicker than her friend Joe (individual offer).

A Stamp Me Pro plan covers up to two locations, whereas an Elite program allows up to six. Additional locations can be added on to either plan for a small extra charge. See additional location costs.

From your Merchant Console, you can add as many locations as you wish onto your stamp card(s) in draft. Once your stamp cards become active, you have two (2) locations included in your plan. Extra charges apply your monthly subscription fee for any additional locations to go live.
