When your email invite has been successfully sent to a user, it will appear in their inbox similar to this:

Your business name, email subject, and body heading will appear in the inbox view (message list). Exactly how this appears may depend on their email provider.

Once the email is opened, your header image, header, main message and call-to-action banner will be visible, prompting the user to interact. The call-to-action banner will automatically contain the Join Code for your Stamp Card (QR code and a link).

The email previewer in the Merchant Console provides a good indication of how the email will look for customers. However, keep in mind that this is just a visual representation—emails may appear slightly different in real inboxes.

Below is a guide to the different elements in the email to keep in mind when creating your invitation from the Merchant Console:

  • Email Subject: This is the first thing users will see in their inbox, so make it catchy and enticing!

  • Body Heading: This appears at the top of the email and summarizes what it’s about.

  • Message: This section provides more details about your program and how to join. It’s a good idea to explain why they should join and what benefits they will receive.

  • Call-to-Action Banner: This banner provides clear instructions on how users can join your program and is always included in your email invites. It will automatically contain your Join Code.

  • App Store Badges & Contact Information: These are fixed elements at the bottom of the email and cannot be edited.

Pro tip from the team: We recommend sending a test invite email to yourself to review its appearance and ensure you’re happy with it before sending it to any members.
