A sign up reward (otherwise known as a 'join reward') is a reward issued automatically when someone joins your loyalty card for the first time. Here is how to set up a sign up reward:
Beta V3 Console
(Subscription after 28th March 2023)
Before you can add a sign up reward, you must have set a main reward first (achieved on the highest stamp/end of the card). The system will prompt you to create a main reward first, then you can add a sign up reward:
Login to your Merchant Console
Select Stamp Cards from the red left hand menu
Select the stamp card you wish to edit, by clicking on the card itself or selecting Edit Details from the three dots at top right of the card
Hit Next to move to the Rewards tab
Press Add Reward and select Sign Up under Reward type
Enter Reward name (and add an expiry, if applicable)
Press Save & Exit
If you are building your first loyalty card:
Create your main reward first, as prompted
Select + Add reward button
Select Sign Up as the reward type
Enter reward name (and add an expiry, if applicable)
Press Save & Exit
