If you cannot see rewards you have previously earned, this is likely for one of these reasons:
1. Wrong or new Stamp Me account
Please ensure you have logged into the correct account that you have been using to collect stamps and earn rewards with previously, and have not accidentally created a brand new account under a different email address.
Please log back in with your original email address, or if you need help, contact us.
2. Reward has expired
Some businesses have set up expiry dates on rewards. Therefore, if you have not redeemed your reward in time, it will expire and disappear from your list.
You can see whether there is an expiry date under the relevant reward under your ‘rewards’ list which is displayed as ‘valid until’.
If you do not see a ‘valid until’ date, there is no expiry date.
If your reward has expired and you did not claim it, I’m afraid there is nothing we can do. You may wish to contact the business directly to see if they will reissue the reward back to your account, which is at their discretion.
3. You redeemed your reward
If you have recently claimed a reward, you will also notice that it will disappear from your list of rewards as it is a one-use voucher. It’s time to earn your next one!
