Why Have My Member’s Rewards/Stamps Disappeared?

If a member does not have their previous stamps, stamp cards or rewards they earned, they need to ensure they are logged into the Stamp Me App with the correct email address.

If they have accidentally created a new account with a different email address and/or phone number, they will not be able to see their previous accounts stamps and/or rewards.

The member will need to log back in with their original phone number to access their old account.

If they have a new phone number and need to update their account, need assistance working out which is their original account or want us to merge or delete accounts, please ask them to contact us directly to resolve at members@stampme.com.

Stamps never expire. Stamp Cards will only be removed for members if you disable them from the Merchant Console.
