If a member does not have their previous stamps, stamp cards or rewards they earned, they need to ensure they are logged into the Stamp Me App with the correct email address.
It is highly likely they have a legacy user account have created a brand new account with a different email address and/or phone number. The old account’s stamps and/or rewards will not be applied to the new account.
The member needs to log back in with the original email address to access their old account.
If they need help working out which is their original account, or want us to merge or delete accounts, please get them to contact us directly to resolve at email@example.com.
Stamps never expire. Stamp Cards will only be removed for members if you disable them from the Merchant Console.
