If you're switching from another loyalty platform or already have a mailing list (with customer consent to join your Stamp Me loyalty program), we can create these members in bulk so they will appear in your Merchant Console.
Unfortunately, we cannot transition stamps, but you may want to set up a temporary join reward to soften the transition for members.
To request a bulk upload, please email us your customer list as a CSV file only with the following fields:
First name (mandatory)
Last name (optional)
Email address (mandatory)
Phone number (mandatory and must be entered as plain text, including the dial code with the + symbol (e.g. +61412345678). Do not include spaces.)
Communications consent (mandatory)
1 for yes
0 for no
Birthday (Optional - YYYY-MM-DD format, including the dashes)
