A custom reward image on the in-app countdown voucher is useful for many different scenarios, for example making it more eye-catching for staff, or displaying additional redemption information.
Instructions how to upload a reward voucher image:
Legacy Consoles
(Subscription before 28th March 2023 - Pro & Elite only)
You can upload or change a reward voucher image from your Merchant Console. The file must be a JPG, 300x300 and under 200KB in size.
Login to your Merchant Console
Select Stamp Cards from the red left hand menu
Select the stamp card you wish to edit, by clicking the relevant tab under the page heading. If you only have one stamp card, you do not need to do this.
Select Edit details from the top left area
Select Rewards
Find the reward you wish to add the image to. The grey borders separate each reward.
Select Browse underneath ‘Upload voucher image’ to browse your device files, or drag and drop the image into the dashed area from your file manager.
Press Save & exit to save changes
To remove a reward voucher image, just press remove next to the image relating to the reward, and then press save & exit to apply changes.
Beta V3 Console
(Subscription after 28th March 2023)
You can upload or change a reward voucher image from your Merchant Console. The file can be a JPG/PNG/GIF, 128x128 and under 100KB in size.
Login to your Merchant Console
Select Stamp Cards from the red left hand menu
Select the stamp card you wish to edit, by clicking on the card itself or selecting Edit Details from the three dots at top right of the card
Hit Next to move to the Rewards tab
Click on the three dots of the reward you want to add the reward voucher image to and select Edit details
Toggle Custom voucher image to green
Upload your reward voucher image
Press Save reward
If you have trouble formatting the image to the provided specifications, please email us the file and we can upload it for you.
Changes are applied immediately to the Stamp Me vouchers, but you may need to exit and reopen your App to refresh it.
