A Lapsed Customer message is a feature on the Stamp Me Merchant Console that allows businesses to re-engage with members after a certain period of no stamp collections.

Once set up, a message (often containing a call to action) and an optional bonus stamp or reward will automatically be sent to the member via the Stamp Me App.
Why set up a Lapsed Customer campaign?
Lapsed customer messaging is a convenient way to mass target members you are at risk of losing to encourage them to transact with you again.
It can also be used as a reminder to take part in your Stamp Me program as well as for booking appointments, which may be useful for businesses such as barbers, hairdressers, dental and veterinary practices.
For example, if a member hasnāt collected a stamp in the past 60 days, you can automatically trigger a message offering them a bonus stamp or free reward as a thank-you for coming back.
By offering a small incentive, youāre showing appreciation while also encouraging loyalty and increasing the chances of re-engagement.
