The Birthday Club is a convenient feature allowing businesses to automatically send a message and reward voucher to celebrate a loyalty program member’s birthday. Once it’s activated, it will do all the hard work for you!
It can be easily set up from your Merchant Console across all your Stamp Cards by following these steps:
Login to your Merchant Console
Select Campaigns from the left-hand menu
Select Birthday Club
Toggle Disabled/Activated on (green)
Enter the greeting message (don’t forget to tell them what you’ve sent, if you attach a reward voucher!)
Select the method of message delivery: SMS or Push Notification
Select when to send the message
[Optional] Toggle Add a reward on if you would like to send a reward voucher
Enter reward name (e.g. Free Birthday Drink)
The number of days from the date of issue it should expire.
A reward image can be uploaded to the voucher (such as balloons or birthday cake), to help staff differentiate this reward from the others on your program
