Each reward is assigned a status, allowing you to filter and view rewards in the same state.
Log in to your Loyalty Portal
Go to the Dashboard Area
Select the Rewards tab
Select the status you want to filter from the top left corner above the bar graph (by default, all statuses are shown.)
Example:
Tip: Hover over any month on the bar graph when the 'All' filter is applied, to see a detailed breakdown of reward statuses for that period.
To download the filtered results, select the download icon in the top-right corner of the table.
