Each loyalty reward in the Dashboard of the Stamp Me Loyalty Portal has a status, making it easy to see its current state:
Available: The reward has been issued and is ready for the member to claim.
Redeemed: The reward has already been claimed by your member.
Expired: The reward was not claimed before its expiry date and is no longer valid. Expired rewards are automatically removed from the members's app.
