If you are a merchant with a StampTag and it stops working or gets lost, please contact us to arrange a replacement. We will deactivate your old StampTag.

A replacement StampPod™ costs $19.99 per unit, which includes postage.

You should use your StampCode for members to collect stamps until your new tag arrives. You should keep your StampCode even after your new tag arrives in case you need a backup method.
