My customer has opted in to marketing communications, why are they not receiving messages?

How to troubleshoot when a customer has opted in for marketing communications, but is not receiving them.

If you’ve opted in to receive marketing communications from Stamp Me but find yourself missing out on the latest offers and updates from your favorite businesses, there’s a good chance that Stamp Me notifications are blocked in your phone settings.

You can check this with either of these methods:

1. Checking Your Phone Settings

For Android Users:

  1. Open Settings on your phone.

  2. Scroll down and tap on Apps or Application Manager (this may vary depending on your device).

  3. Find and select Stamp Me from the list of apps.

  4. Tap on ‘Notifications and make sure the toggle next to Allow Notifications is turned on.

For iOS Users:

  1. Go to Settings on your iPhone.

  2. Scroll down and tap on Notifications.

  3. Find and select Stamp Me from the list of apps.

  4. Ensure the ‘Allow Notifications’ toggle is switched on.

2. Use the Stamp Me App to Adjust the Settings

If you're having trouble navigating through your phone settings, the Stamp Me app offers a shortcut to directly access the notification settings for our app. Here's how you can use it:

  1. Open the Stamp Me app on your phone

  2. Tap on the settings icon

  3. Tap ‘Communication Preferences

  4. Click the link in the red bubble

Clicking on this link will redirect you to the specific notification settings for Stamp Me on your device.
