Want to see when your customers joined your loyalty program? It's easy! Just follow these steps:
Head to the Members area of the Merchant Console
Select the specific stamp card location where the customer joined
Choose the specific stamp card the customer signed up for
Click add/remove columns
Click 'Join Date'
There you go! Now you can see a column has been added to the table, neatly displaying the dates each customer joined your program
Note: When you select "All Locations" or "All Stamp Cards," (which is the default) the information for join dates isn't specific to a single card or location. This means the system can't show you an exact date, resulting in "N/A" in those columns.
