Open the Stamp Me app
Tap the settings icon
Tap 'Communication Preferences'.
Modify your preference:
To opt out of marketing communications, tap the circle next to 'Opt out of marketing communications'.
To opt into marketing communications, tap the circle next to 'Opt into marketing communications'.
If you've opted in but aren't receiving messages, check your device's app settings for any permissions that might be blocking notifications. A red tooltip at the bottom of the app provides a direct shortcut to the settings page on your device.
Please note these settings relate to promotional messages from the business whose loyalty program you have joined. Regardless of your settings, you will only ever receive important transactional messages from Stamp Me.
