If you’re not quite ready to launch just yet, or need to temporarily stop your subscription (due to being a seasonal business, for example), you can pause your trial or subscription from the billing area of your Stamp Me Merchant Console.

If you cannot see a billing area, please contact us.

A plan can either be paused until you manually reactivate it again or you can select a pause period, after which it will automatically reactivate.

Pausing your subscription will mean your stamp card(s) will be unpublished from the Stamp Me App. The areas of your console relating to your plan will remain available but reporting data may be affected.

Please note you can only pause your account once.

Steps to pause your plan:

  1. Login to your Stamp Me Merchant Console account

  2. Select Manage my subscription from the profile menu, to the top right of the screen

  3. Select the Cancel plan button

  4. Select Pause subscription

  5. To auto reactive, check the box next to automatically resume and select your preferred reactivation period

  6. Select pause plan to apply changes

To reactivate your paused plan at any time:

  1. Login to your Stamp Me Merchant Console account

  2. Select billing from the profile menu, to the top right of the screen

  3. Select the resume plan button

  4. Review and select the resume plan button to apply changes

Note: Your subscription will resume where you left off based on the previous billing cycle.
