If you want to change the password to access your Stamp Me App, there are two ways to do it:
1. ‘Forgotten password’ button
Once you open the Stamp Me app, you will be asked to enter your email address and password. If you’ve forgotten what this is, just select ‘forgotten password?’.
Confirm your email address when prompted and you’ll be emailed a new temporary password.
Don’t see an email? Depending on your network connection, the email may take a few minutes to come through. Also check your junk/spam inbox. If you still haven't received it with an hour, please contact us.
2. Via the in-app settings
Once you are logged into the Stamp Me App, you can change your password from the settings page at any time:
Select top right profile icon > settings icon > change password > enter your new password > select change password > success!
Please remember to log in with your new password next time.
