If you have logged out of the Stamp Me App and are trying to log back in but are being prompted to register again, please ensure you are using the correct mobile number for your original account.
Please also try entering your phone number both with and without your correct country code.
If the mobile number you are entering is not recognised on our database, it will think you are a new user and take you through the registration process.
If your mobile address is recognised, and you have entered in the verifying OTP that is sent, you will automatically be logged into your account.
