If you have logged out of the Stamp Me App and are trying to log back in but are being prompted to register again, please ensure you are using the correct email address for your original account.
Please lookout for typos in your email address.
If the email address you are entering is not recognised on our database, it will think you are a new user and take you through the registration process.
If your email address is recognised, you will be directed to a password entry screen.
If you are sure you are entering the correct email address for your old account, please email us with your phone number and name, so we can lookup your old account details.
