It’s OK – it happens. If you forgot to get a stamp, left your phone at home or weren’t able to collect a stamp at the time of purchase, you can still get it afterwards.
You have two options:
1. Contact the business
In the first instance, please contact the business where you made your purchase. You will need to explain the situation and ask them to add the stamp to your account.
You should do this as soon as you can in person or via email. They may ask to see a receipt, so keep it safe.
2. Contact us
If you are unable to contact the merchant directly, please email us a copy of your receipt (please ensure the business name is visible), along with your name, and the email address associated with your account. We’ll add your stamp(s) for you.
