If you cannot see a Stamp Card that you used to be joined to, it may be for one of the following reasons:
You have accidentally created a new account instead of logging into your old account. Please ensure you have logged in with the original email address and not created a brand new account.
The business has stopped using Stamp Me. If you are sure you are accessing your normal account but your Stamp Card has gone, sadly the business may have decided to no longer offer a loyalty program. If you want to check that is the case, please feel free to contact us.
You have been removed from the program. In the instance of suspected fraud, a business may instruct us to remove certain users from their program and prevent them from joining it again in the future.
