How to order a replacement StampPod

If you are a merchant with a StampPod™ and it stops working or gets lost, please contact us to arrange a replacement. We will deactivate your old StampPod™.

A replacement StampPod™ costs $59 per unit, which includes postage.

You should use your StampCode for members to collect stamps until your new pod arrives. You should keep your StampCode even after your new pod arrives in case you need a backup method.

Delivery times vary based on your location. You will be issued a tracking link to follow delivery progress from our third-party delivery partner, Sendle.
