If you are a legacy Merchant with a Stamp Mate Device and it stops working or gets lost, please contact us to arrange a replacement.

Replacement Stamp Mate Devices cost $75AUD/USD each, which includes postage.

We will deactivate your old Stamp Mate Device and you should use your Stamp Code for members to collect stamps until your new Stamp Mate Device arrives.

You should still keep your Stamp Code even after your new device arrives in case of future problems or for user preference.

Delivery times vary based on your location, but you will be issued a tracking link to follow delivery progress.
