How to Remove Member Stamps or Rewards

In order to delete a stamp from a member’s stamp card, right now you will need to contact us. Please provide the member's name and/or email address, along with the business name of where stamps were claimed.

You can remove a customer's reward by redeeming their reward in your console:

  1. Log in to the Merchant Console

  2. Select Members from the red left-hand menu

  3. Select the Redeem Reward tile from the top of the page

  4. Lookup the member by name or email address

  5. You will see a list of all unclaimed rewards in their Stamp Me account. Select the reward you want to redeem by checking the box. (note: if you see nothing listed, the member has no unclaimed reward vouchers in their App)

  6. Select Next

  7. Review and to confirm, select Proceed
