If you have sold your business, there are two options for your Stamp Me loyalty program subscription:
1. New owners take over
If you have a successful program in place and built up a good business, the new owner will likely want to continue your loyalty program. It’s a good idea for them not to disappoint members by getting rid of it.
Please contact us to introduce us to the new owner, or send us their contact details. We’ll get in touch and update our system with their payment and contact details instead.
2. Cancel the subscription
If you would like to cancel your Stamp Me subscription instead, you can do so by:
Logging into to your Merchant Console
Selecting the profile icon on the top right-hand side of the screen
Selecting My Account
Scrolling down to Subscription Details
Selecting Cancel subscription
Providing cancellation reason and feedback (optional)
Pressing Confirm cancellation
Or you can fill out this cancellation form.
