Getting started with Stamp Me is quick and easy — most businesses can set up and create their loyalty program in under 30 minutes!
Once you have created your Loyalty Portal account and built your stamp card, you can publish it at any time by pressing the Publish button under the relevant card and following the instructions.
What happens when I publish my Stamp Card?
Publishing your Stamp Card will place it into Trial Mode, giving you 30 days to test your loyalty program before choosing a paid plan.
During Trial Mode, you can:
View and test your Stamp Card
Make changes to your program
Familiarise your staff with how Stamp Me works
Introduce customers to your loyalty program
Explore the features available in your Loyalty Portal
Your Stamp Card will display a Trial Mode banner until you activate a paid plan.
When you’re ready to go live
When you’re ready to fully activate your loyalty program, simply choose a Stamp Me plan from your Loyalty Portal.
Activating your plan will:
Remove the Trial Mode banner
Unlock your available stamping methods
Allow your Stamp Card to be discoverable in the Stamp Me app, where applicable
Give you access to the full Stamp Me experience included in your plan
From there, you can set up the stamping method that works best for your business and start rewarding your customers.
