The Rewards tab in your Dashboard lets you filter rewards by status and search for a specific customer, making it easy to see which rewards are available to redeem.
Log in to your Loyalty Portal
Go to the Dashboard area
Select the Rewards tab
Choose Available from the status options to the top left of the chart
Use the search bar above the table to search the customer
Any rewards displayed are unclaimed and ready to be redeemed, either by the member in the app or by staff through the Loyalty Portal.
