If you are on a Pro or Elite Stamp Me plan, you can set up a Scratch & Win game from your Merchant Console in the Campaigns area.
Here's a step-by-step breakdown of the process:
From your Merchant Console, navigate to the 'Campaigns' area and click 'Scratch & Win', then click 'Create New Game'.
Game Design
Start by designing the look of your card. You can either create your own custom background image and upload it (1284 x 2778px, under 10MB), or choose from one of our templates.
Once you're happy with the look, click 'Next'.
Game Settings
Select the stamp card the game should be attached to (if you only have one stamp card, this will auto-populate). Note: games can only be linked to one card at a time.
Select the locations for the game to be linked to.
Choose how often the game should appear in the app — this is the "chance to play". The most popular rate is 75%–100%.
Choose the probability of a player winning a prize. The most popular rate is 5%–15%.
Once you're happy, click 'Next'.
Adding a prize
Name your Prize (it can be anything you want!). You can also add a custom voucher image if you'd like.
Click 'Save Prize' when you're done
Prize Percentages
You can have one prize or add up to four by clicking 'Add Prize' and repeating the process. Keep in mind that winning percentages across all prizes must total exactly 100%.

Once you're happy with all your prizes and your percentages equal 100%, click 'Next'.
Review
Take a final look at your game setup. You can navigate back to any step using the back arrow in the navigation bar, or by clicking 'Edit' on the relevant section.
Once you're happy, click 'Publish Now' — your game is live!
You'll be returned to the home screen where you can view a summary of your game and its current status.
Need to make changes later? You can edit or deactivate your game at any time from the Campaigns area of your Merchant Console.
We recommend testing your game on the Stamp Me app by collecting stamps until the game appears. This ensures your settings and design are correct before customers begin to play.
