Activity statements are automated email reports that give you a summary of your loyalty program's activity.
Instead of logging into the Merchant Console to check your data, activity statements deliver the insights you care about straight to your inbox on a schedule you choose.
What's included?
When setting up your activity statements, you can choose which insights to include:
New members joined
New rewards issued
New rewards redeemed
New stamps issued
Each insight will appear as a separate tab in an attached Excel file.
How often are they sent?
You can choose how frequently you receive your activity statements:
Daily
Weekly - sent every Monday
Fortnightly - sent every second Monday
Monthly - sent on the first weekday of the month
Where are my activity statements sent?
Your statements will be sent directly to the inbox of the email address that you nominate when setting up this feature. This could be the same email address connected to your Stamp Me account, or a different one.
Who can use activity statements?
Activity statements are available to merchants on Pro and Elite plans.
