How to set up activity reports

This article outlines step-by-step how to set up activity statements from the Merchant Console.

Follow these steps to set up your activity statements:

  1. Log into the Merchant Console

  2. Click on the person icon in the top right corner and head to 'Activity Reports'

3. Select the insights you would like included (each will appear as a seperate tab in your .xlsx file). The options include:

  1. New members joined

  2. New rewards issued

  3. New rewards redeemed

  4. New stamps issued

4. Add the frequency of which you would like the report sent. The options include:

  1. Daily - sent every day

  2. Weekly - sent every Monday

  3. Fortnightly - sent every second Monday

  4. Monthly - sent first weekday of the month

5. Select the time in which you want the report sent (reports will be sent in the timezone set in 'My Account')

6. Enter the email for the report to be sent to

7. Set a password for the Excel file - this is to keep your customer data secure when sending and receiving the file.

8. Once you're happy, hit 'Save Changes'

9. Toggle the report on from the top left hand corner

All done! Your report will be sent on your chosen schedule to your chosen email.
