There are a few reasons why you may not be receiving your activity statements:
Check your spam or junk folder — the email may have been filtered automatically.
Your email address may be blocked — check with your email provider or IT team to ensure emails from us are whitelisted.
Incorrect email address — there may be a typo in your nominated email. To check or update it, go to 'Activity Reports' in the top right hand corner of the Merchant Console and review the address in the 'Send to' box.
