To check a member’s Birthday Club status:
Log in to your Merchant Console
Go to the Members area
Use the search bar to find the user by name, email address, or phone number
Click anywhere on the member’s row to open their profile
In the Member Details box, look for the ‘Birthday Club’ status (‘Joined’, ‘Not Joined’ or ‘Off’ if the Birthday Club is not activated).
To edit a member’s details or their Birthday Club status, click the pencil icon. Members can also update their status from the Stamp Me app.
Please note:
A member can only be joined to the Birthday Club if:
The Birthday Club feature is activated and;
Their birth date is provided
