How Can I Find Out if a Customer Has Joined the Birthday Club?

This article explains how to check whether a customer has joined your Birthday Club via your Merchant Console.

To check a member’s Birthday Club status:

  1. Log in to your Merchant Console

  2. Go to the Members area

  3. Use the search bar to find the user by name, email address, or phone number

  4. Click anywhere on the member’s row to open their profile

  5. In the Member Details box, look for the ‘Birthday Club’ status (‘Joined’, ‘Not Joined’ or ‘Off’ if the Birthday Club is not activated).

To edit a member’s details or their Birthday Club status, click the pencil icon. Members can also update their status from the Stamp Me app.
