How to Adjust Your Timezone in the Merchant Console

This article explains how to change the timezone in which activity is displayed in your Merchant Console.

By default, all timestamps in the Console (like reward redemptions, stamp applications or member joins) are shown and exported in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). However, you can switch this to your local timezone:

Option 1 – From the Dashboard

Select the blue ‘displayed in UTC’ link from the bottom-left corner of the Dashboard area, and choose your new timezone. Confirming applies the change to your data immediately.

Option 2 – From Account Settings (If Applicable)

Alternatively:

  1. Click the profile icon in the top-right corner

2. Select ‘My account’

3. Select the Timezone dropdown in the ‘Account details’ section

4. Choose your timezone and confirm to update your setting
