What is the Leave a Review Link?
The Leave a Review feature lets you add a clickable link to the back of your stamp card, encouraging customers to leave you a business review. It’s a simple and effective way to collect user-generated content and build your online reputation.
Where Can I Link To?
You can link to your business’s review page for any platform that accepts customer reviews, such as:
Google Reviews
Trustpilot
TripAdvisor

How Does It Work?
When creating or editing a stamp card in your Merchant Console, you’ll find the option to toggle on the Leave a Review feature in the Advanced Card Settings section.
Once activated, the link will appear on the back of your stamp card, just below your website. When tapped from the Stamp Me App, it will open the review page where customers can leave a review.
Unfortunately, stamps can’t be awarded automatically for leaving a review, as platforms like Google don’t provide APIs to verify that a review was left. However, you could simply ask the customer to show you their review and award the stamp manually.
How to Set up the Leave a Review Feature:
Log in to your Merchant Console
Go to the Stamp Cards area
Click on the stamp card you'd like to edit, or click “Create New” if you are making a new card
Scroll down to the Advanced Card Settings under the Card Design step
5. Toggle the Leave a Review link on
6. Paste your review link
7. Click Save Changes
That’s it! Your review link will now appear on the back of your stamp card in the app:
How to Set up the Leave a Review Feature (for subscriptions started before 28 March 2023):
Log in to your Merchant Console
Navigate to the the Stamp Cards area
Select the stamp card by clicking the relevant tab under the page heading (skip this step if you only have one card)
Click the pencil icon next to the Card Details
5. Enter the review link in the lower right corner
6. Click Save & Exit
Done! Your review link will now appear on the back of your stamp card:
