Inside your Stamp Pack, you’ll find your device(s), printed marketing materials, and a large sticker on the inside lid of the box.
This sticker outlines the three steps required to activate your pack. Let’s walk through them together.
Step 1: Scan the QR Code
Locate the QR code on the inside lid of the box (see image above) and scan it using your phone’s camera. This will open a form in your browser.
Step 2: Complete the Activation Form
On the form, enter your business name and the delivery address the pack was sent to. This information allows us to link the devices to the correct location(s).
This form only activates the devices delivered to that specific address. If you’ve sent packs to other locations, each must be activated separately when they arrive.
Step 3: Await Confirmation
Once the form has been submitted, our team will activate your device(s) within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive an email notification once activated and ready to use.
While You Wait:
We recommend using this time to put up the marketing materials included in your pack. Displaying these materials clearly in your store will help educate customers about your loyalty program and encourage participation from day one.
Once Your Pack Is Activated:
After receiving your activation confirmation, you're ready to begin using your device(s).
Follow these steps to give it a try:
Download the Stamp Me app from the App Store or Google Play.
Join your business’s loyalty card in the app (search or scan Join Code).
Press the ‘Stamp Me’ button on your digital Stamp Card.
Tap your phone on the StampPod or Tag to collect a stamp.
