Creating a Member:
The "Create Member" function allows administrators to manually register customers into Stamp Me. This method is ideal when:
You want to sign up customers instantly in-store.
You run an online business and prefer registering customers directly, to bypass the app signup process or if customer's wont be stamping through the app.
When you create a member, you're completing their registration on their behalf. Customers can easily log into the Stamp Me app using only their phone number afterward.
Additionally, you can immediately issue stamps and redeem rewards for these newly created contacts, who will instantly appear as a 'joined' member.
Inviting a Member:
The "Invite Members" feature helps you expand your loyalty program efficiently without using external email platforms. Invites are sent directly from your Merchant Console and are a call to action to join, as opposed to actually joining them, like creating a member does.
Recipients remain in a 'Pending' status until they download and independently register on the Stamp Me app. Only then do they move to your active 'Joined' member list.
This feature is particularly useful for:
Quickly enrolling large customer groups via bulk email.
Ensuring only genuinely interested customers become active ('joined') members.
Reaching potential members who haven't yet downloaded the app.
