Email invites can fail for a variety of reasons. Failures can be viewed from the Unsuccessful Invites tab of the members area in your Merchant Console. There are three main reasons:
Already Invited: The invite didn’t send because one was already sent within the past 30 days and it has not been accepted yet. Users should check their emails to accept. After 30 days, you can send another invite.
Invalid: We use a third party tool to verify that all emails are correct. If they do not exist, bounce or are returned by the email provider for whatever reason, they're considered 'invalid'. You should edit and send the invite again later.
Existing Member: We blocked the recipient getting this email as they are already joined to your loyalty program - nice job!
