Once your email invites have been sent from your Merchant Console, you can track their progress and status from the Invited tab in the Members area.
The table provides detailed information about each invitation. By default, you'll see all invited customers and all stamp cards. Use the dropdowns to filter by specific statuses or cards.
There are three main statuses:
Pending (yellow) - the invite has been sent but has not been accepted yet. After 30 days, a pending invite moves to a 'no response' status.
Accepted (green) - the invite has been accepted - nice job! This is because the invited email address matches a registered account. They will appear in your ‘Joined’ members list.
No response (grey) - the invite(s) for this member has been pending for over 30 days, so this is considered as having no response. You can send a maximum of three invites to a no-response user. After this, you will be blocked from doing so.
Please note: in some situations, statuses can take up to an hour to update. Please refresh your page if necessary.
