To send an invitation to a single member, click on "Invite Members" from the "Members" area in the Merchant Console.
The default choice will be a single member.
Step 1: Enter Member Details
In the Member Details section, enter the email address and name of the person you want to invite. (This is required.)
Tip: If you don’t know their name, you can use a placeholder like Hello or Member1. However, avoid using the dynamic field in the email message. See below as an example.
Step 2: Select the Stamp Card
Choose the stamp card the member should join. (If you only have one card, it will be auto-selected.) This step is required.
Step 3: Choose a Header Image
Select a header image for the email from the dropdown list. You’ll see logos you’ve already uploaded, or you can upload a new image.
Important: After uploading, you must reselect the image from the drop-down. Images will be cropped into a square format.
Step 4: Compose Your Email Settings
Write the email subject – this will appear in the recipient’s inbox.
Write the email heading – this is the first line of text the recipient will see when they open the email.
Note: The email will appear as if it’s sent from your business. It uses the company name which can be found on your ‘My Account’ settings.
The reply-to email address is automatically set to the email linked to your Stamp Me account. You can change this if you prefer a different contact address for answering customer inquiries.
Step 5: Compose the Main Message
A sample message is pre-filled, but you can edit or delete it. To include the recipient’s first name, use the [first name] dynamic field – it will pull the name from the details you entered earlier.
Fonts cannot be changed at the moment.
Key Tip: Make sure to clearly explain how to join your program and what benefits they’ll receive.
On the right-hand side, you’ll see a live preview of the email.
The join code will be automatically added based on the selected stamp card.
The call-to-action banner will always be included.
Step 6: Review and Send
Click Next to review the invitation.
Check the email preview and confirm the details are correct.
Tick the consent box to confirm you have explicit permission to invite this member.
When you're ready, click Send Now.
Done!
A banner will appear while the email is being sent. It may take up to five minutes to deliver. You’ll receive an email notification about the invite status.
Tracking the Invite
The invite will appear in the Pending tab until the recipient signs up.
Once they register with the same email, they will move to the Accepted tab.
If the email fails to send, it will be listed in the Unsuccessful tab with a reason for failure.
