If you have disabled a Stamp Card from the Stamp Me platform by unpublishing your card, your Stamp Card will be converted from Active (green) to Inactive (grey) status. This will be displayed under the card name in the Stamp Cards area of the Merchant Console.

An Inactive card means that the Stamp Card has been removed from the Stamp Me App, and all associated data has been hidden.

Important note: your billing will be automatically adjusted if disabling a card removes a unique location which you were previously billed or due to be billed for.

However, disabling a Stamp Card does not cancel your Stamp Me subscription. You must cancel a subscription first from the My Account area of your console, or by contacting us.

If you have cancelled your subscription from the My Account area, this will automatically revert the cards to an inactive status and your card will be displayed as "Ready to publish".
