I Can't See Past Invoices in my Invoice History, What Should I Do?

If you can't see historic invoices in your billing portal, only new ones, here's what to do.

Invoices can be accessed via the billing area of your Merchant Console account, or by logging into our secure billing portal. Instructions here.

In November 2022 we switched billing platforms so only invoices from November 2022 and onwards can be downloaded from this portal.

To receive invoices from October 2022 or earlier, please contact us.
