To change the payment credit or debit card for your Stamp Me subscription, please use our secure billing portal or log into your Merchant Console. You will need to enter the email address you created the subscription with, and verify it with an OTP to log in.
To add a new payment method once you are in the billing portal:
Select "+ Add Payment Method"
Enter the new card details, leaving "Use as default payment method" checked
Select "Add" to finish
Your new default payment method has been added. You do not need to do anything else.
Alternatively, you can request a call with us to take credit card details securely over the phone.
