Once you have signed up to a Stamp Me Loyalty Program, an activation email will be sent to you by the Customer Success Team within 24 hours (excluding weekends).
The email will contain your resources and instructions how to get started with your program. Please ensure you check your junk/spam inbox for email from Stamp Me.
The activation email will contain:
Information about the various stamp methods available to you
Login details to your Stamp Me Merchant Console (Pro and Elite plans only)
Resources to market your rewards program such as posters and digital assets
Advice on how to promote your rewards program
Information about accessing customer support
If you would prefer hard copy resources, we can post them on request for an additional charge.
