How Do I Disable My StampPod or Stamp Tag?

This article explains how to disable and reactivate your StampPod or Stamp Tag in the Loyalty Portal.

Step 1: Go to Tap Devices

Log in to your Loyalty Portal and navigate to Stamp Methods → Tap Devices.

Under My Tap Devices, locate the device you want to disable and click Manage Device.

Step 2: Disable your Tap Device

In the device settings window, toggle Active off.

Step 3: Confirm your changes

A confirmation pop-up will appear. Click Disable device to confirm.

Your Tap Device will be disabled immediately and will appear greyed out in the My Tap Devices section.

How to reactivate your Tap Device

You can reactivate your Tap Device at any time.

  1. Under My Tap Devices, locate the disabled device and click Manage device.

  2. Toggle Active back on.

  3. Click Update device settings to save your changes.

Your Tap Device will now be active again.
