Step 1: Go to Tap Devices
Log in to your Loyalty Portal and navigate to Stamp Methods → Tap Devices.
Under My current orders, you'll see any active Stamp Pack orders you've placed.
Step 2: View your order details
Find the order you'd like to view and click Order details at the bottom of the order card.
This will expand the card to display the following information:
Tracking number: Your shipment's tracking number, once available.
Order placed: The date your order was placed.
Delivery address: The address your Stamp Pack will be delivered to.
Invoice: A downloadable copy of your order invoice.
Viewing orders
To view all your Stamp Pack orders and their details, click Order History at the top of the Tap Devices page.
